This logo is for the Biggest Indian Online Store In Singapore "Dei.com.sg". We pride ourselves in holding everything that an Indian household in Singapore needs. From groceries, Apparels, Beauty products, kitchen appliances, Meat, Vegetables, fruits, and even prayer requirements. The site is not biased on any religion. We serve any race or religion that would like Indian products.
It is our 1 years anniversary and we are looking at rebranding ourselves and coming up with a new image.
Values that we want to show via our logo :
a) That we are Indian but that we are extremely modern in our thoughts and personality while holding on to the age old tradition.
b) We are reliable and trustworthy
c) That we are serious about what we do but have a fun and creative side as well.
That is all that we want to portray out of our brand.
I have also attached the high resolution files of our current logos with the tag lines:
a) We like the purple in the logo. But we want a more serious and matt purple shade. Below is the example of shade of purple we are lookign at.

b) We have different departments so we need different tag lines below or beside the logo. (We leave the positioning of tag lines to the designer's descrition. The following would be tag lines)
Dei - Your Time. Our Passion
Dei - Daily Everything Indian
Dei - Little India Online
c) Usually website design follows the theme of the logo. Therefore the logo created has to be able to suit a website.
What we like about the current logo:
The red dot above the i. That symbolizes indian in a very direct and distinct way. Other than that, you are free to change about the logo however you want.

Alot of the designs have not followed through with the suggested theme colours. They would have been better if you guys had read the description more in depth. I really need an understanding of why the logo is designed the way it is if i choose your design.
