trying to create a team logo for a team within WeWork called Real Estate Advisory. The team was established in 2018 and the values are Velocity, Variety, Win Rate, and Quality. The WeWork logo is fair game, as well as any fonts containing REA or Real Estate Advisory. I have included two ideas here that were shot down, so please don't worry about sticking too close to these as guidelines.

This will be used as a 2" logo on the shoulder of a t-shirt at first, and embroidered.

If you have any suggestions - please feel free to take some artistic license here. The other concepts our team values are growth and subtlety.

    Can I please see some submissions that are a little less futuristic and more messy / informal? These are great but would like to see some sketchier options as well. Also these still need to be embroidered. Thank you very much!
