I'm currently in search of a creative and experienced interior designer to revitalize my home. I have a specific preference for a clean and minimalist style. The areas in need of attention include:

- Living room
- Bedrooms
- Kitchen
- Small Terrace
- Service Yard


The Project

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 small terrace, a service patio, 1 full bathroom (including a shower), and a half bathroom (without a shower). On the first floor, we have a kitchen, living room, and dining area, 1 half bathroom, a guest bedroom, 1 small terrace, and a service yard. On the second floor, there is 1 full bathroom and two bedrooms (1 master bedroom and 1 regular bedroom).

Double Height
The small house has double height (orange color), and the roof of the double height could also be remodeled. For example, a wooden-type roof.

First Floor
On the ground floor, there is a wall dividing the kitchen (the kitchen area is marked in yellow) and the social area (living room and dining room). I am considering knocking down the wall (pink color).

The small terrace (green color) could be a zen garden, but with the possibility of occasionally putting a set of 1 table and 2 chairs like Balcon Arezzo (see attached image with green dot). It is intended to remodel the half bathroom under the stairs, and the guest room has a space occupied by a rectangle; I'm unsure whether to remove it or keep it (see image located in the living room). The service yard (red color) could be a small garden, but at the back is the laundry center, where the washing machine, water heater, and laundry sink are located.

Second Floor
The master bedroom has a small balcony, and the space could be utilized to convert it into a closet. The room is marked in blue, and the arrow indicates the location of the balcony 0.88 x 1.21 meters. The full bathroom can be completely remodeled; I had considered using white stones on the floor, only in the shower area.

Notes:
Measurements are in meters, and the total area is 5 x 15 meters. The measurements are from wall to wall.

I forgot to mention that it can have a roof with LED lights of these styles. Additionally, in the shower of the bathroom, it can have white river stone.

- The intention of knocking down the wall is to create an island in the kitchen next to the social area.

The ideal professional for this project would be capable of transforming mundane spaces into visually appealing areas, while still maintaining a minimalist approach. The aim is to have these spaces induce a feeling of tranquility and simplicity, in line with the principles of minimalist designs.

Skills and expertise in the following areas would be greatly beneficial for this project:

- Expertise in minimalist interior design.
- Experience in residential projects.
- Ability to conceptualize and implement design thoughts into reality.
- Superior material selection knowledge to fit the chosen style.
