I am looking for a skilled website designer and developer to create a website for my graphic design services. the website will be called 'cartoonandcomics.com'
I usually provide cartoon design related services, so overall website design/theme needs to be cartoonish and with soft look.
I will be needing following main pages in the website :

-Home
-About Us
-Services (drop down menu with 7 services pages in the list)
-Portfolio
-Contact Us.

*Home page will mostly serve as landing page with all pages' small sections on that.
Besides Big nice cartoonish slider to cover whole screen when we open site, There can be small sections of (Services image previews with title write under each/portfolio, about us, our partners section, customer reviews section, contact us form section, footer)
On the home page, I mostly need your set of suggestions, so it will be appreciated if you propose few design/theme/coloring options for that.

*On the portfolio page, each service's portfolio will be categorized separately.
*And similarly on services page there will be following 7 set of services i will be offering :

Illustrations design
Children book Illustration design
Comic book illustrations design
Caricature design
Cartoon character design/Cartoonize yourself
e-sports logo design
Corporate Graphics

On each service page there should be small preview to the relevant portfolio and contact form incase they become interested in ordering that specific service.

Regarding functionalities, i will be needing live chat service on the website also payoneer attached as payment gateway,

I will provide text and image content for each page, services and portfolio section , for now you can put sample pictures and texts everywhere to propose me the design. Once i choose a winner with the perfect design theme, i will then ask him to continue with further development.
Note: I will provide domain and hosting my self, Contest prize includes complete design and development. you can choose WordPress or whatever platform you think is best for the said purpose.

You can use fun cartoonish colors as you now know the nature of the service we are going to offer on the site.

Attached is a rough design/theme inspiration for you to continue but i don't want to put limitations to your creativity, you can come up with better design/coloring/them options to proceed with, thanks

this would be e-commerce website as it need integration of payment gateway and budget is so low at that point ! or if you are looking for only design only ux then it is fine .
