Looking for a talented designer to create a unique patch for our organization. Our vision is creating a 10cm diameter round patch, incorporating our organization's logo and an indirect reference to a friend we've lost.

Requirements:

* Strong focus on the representation of our organization's logo (eps-files can be provided)
* Use of blue color prominently in the design but other colors are also possible
* A subtle, indirect reference to our deceased friend incorporated into the design. (Nickname: glider - died 13/11/2023. Instead of using the name glider a silhouette of a glider and the date in digits are also possible)
* Must contain the text: 'Crew Reception - 2024' - good visible
* Must be a design suitable for embroidery.
* In case there's space left, a reference to 45 years F-16 fighting falcon in Belgian Air Force may be added.

Before making your bid, please ensure you have the following skills and experience:

* Proven experience in design, particularly in creating patches or similar items.
* Proficiency in using design software.
* A good understanding of symbolism and how to incorporate it subtly into designs.
* Experience working on commemorative or memorial design projects would be a plus.
