I would like to have a more appealing look, more modern, we need to change pictures, add pictures and profiles of key people to make it more personal. Maybe ad a video introduction.

I attached the picture of the kind of homepage I would like. COLOURFUL with one picture for each activity:
- QC / QA / Compliance
- SOURCING
- HOSTING
- CONSULTING
You have to find pictures to illustrate each activity: these do not need to be boring pictures, it can be pictures of nature that indirectly connect to the activity (Sourcing can be a river going to the source). Attached are some pictures I used as decoration in our offices.
Then each picture links to a subpage with the information about the service.
Most of the content in these sections will remain as is, only minor re-writing.

Somewhere we need to place a link/tab/icon to COMPANY (About us/Meet the Team/Contact/Links): maybe use the side small red column.
I will change most of the text for this part and add the add pictures of the TEAM members (please find a fun way to present them).

      if you do that, there will be a lot of FAKE designers who will copy your favorite sites. That means you'll have a clone and that would be sad, tho. No offense :)
