Revise and revamp existing logo with animation

Hi Designers,

We have an existing logo (Attached) for an open-source event ticketing application and we'd like to revamp and improve. We are open to other options, assuming they're clean and professional. However, using the existing logo as a baseline is our intention. Overall the logo should still be professional and clean-looking. What we'd like:

1. Enhancing Playfulness: We want to emphasize a more playful vibe within our logo. We believe a change in typography can aid in this transformation. Please consider a common font that's warm, friendly, and rounded. 'Varela Round' is a personal preference, but we are open to other similar alternatives, such as 'Raleway', 'Nunito', or 'Comfortaa', as long as they evoke a similar tone. The tail coming off the end of the 'K' can be removed. The logo shouldn't be too cartoonish however, it should be professional also.

2. Rounding the Corners: Please modify our existing logo to create a softer, more rounded aesthetic, but still represent ticket. Aim to maintain the integrity of our original design while subtly altering the angular elements for a more approachable look.

3. No gradient colors: There shouldn't be any gradient colors in the logo, the logo would ideally maximum of two colors, preferably one.

4. Compact Logo Variation: For situations where we face spatial constraints on our web page, we require a more compact variant of our logo. Please design a version that effectively condenses the original, but is instantly recognizable and retains the core elements of our brand.

5. Colour Variations: Lastly, we need some color variations of the logo that are suitable for both light and dark backgrounds. These versions need to be versatile and should retain their vibrancy and legibility across multiple contexts. There should be no gradient on the image.

6. Animated SVG: We'd love a version of the logo that brings the logo to life with a subtle animation. Imagine the cat logo playfully popping its head up, its eyes darting from side to side. We'd like to see this developed as an animated SVG, keeping the movement fluid and the overall animation loop smooth. This is in addition to the non-animated logo.
