15 Second Video Ad for Law Firm

I'm looking for a skilled filmmaker or animator who can capture and convey my product's unique essence to a specific target audience of family members who have lost loved ones due to the negligence of someone else. This ad is for a law firm that helps people facing these kinds of losses. The core focus should be on calmness, peace, and communicating to this audience through a 15-second video ad, starting with a sad feel and ending on a brighter, more peaceful feel. The ad can be animated, 2d, 3d, video, b-roll, or any other visual medium you are comfortable using.

The ad needs a voiceover of a male with a deep, baratone voice who is slower speaking and conveys calm. It also needs the message transcribed at the bottom of the screen.

The spoken words for the ad are:

"If you've lost a loved one to wrongful death as a result of an accident, medical mistake, or work incident, you deserve peace of mind. Call the peace of mind lawyers at Doucet.Law ["doo-set dot law"] today."

The ad should start with sadness and end with a more peaceful, loving conclusion - to show that brighter days are ahead even if they are experiencing a loss as a result of the neligence of someone else (not just because their loved one has died). Good visusals in the middle would be to subtly (not violently) reflect a car/truck accident, doctor in a surgical room (not directly looking at the viewer), and worker with a hardhat injury.
