We are running a competition that will have three winners. As part of the drawing of these winners we want a small piece of software that takes these three winners names and inserts them into a cool animation/video that shows them as winners. This animation/video will be displayed within a presentation. We want this to be an offline piece of software to ensure it is available during the presentation.

We are pretty open to the aesthetic of the video/animation. We like the concept of spinning a wheel, computing the results.

The inputs for the program will be:
- 3 Text Strings.

The outputs for the program will be:
- a video file that contains an animation that has incorporated these three names.

The branding for this competition incorporates technology and robots (see attached images).

Will you provide 3D models of the robots? Creating them would be way over the contest budget. Or will robot images suffice (with an animated wheel and maybe some robot gestures)?

Also is there any platform requirement for the app (Mac OS, Windows, Linux, maybe even iPad or Android)? And the output video format (AVI or MP4)? Thanks.

  Quick question please: install a common (free) video codec library is allowed or not? It would even save some issues with video conversions (if you need them).
  
  Asking this because it might not be possible to include the library in the (executable) app. And yes, I will submit an entry either way.

Is the robot necessary in the video or is it upto us ?

  The robot isn't necessary. We would like it incorporated if possible but it doesn't have to be.

Blender can already do all you want and is free, can we just build the scene for you and then allow you to enter the names, Blender has a text tool?

  We are look at a turn around time of around 1 hour. So the rendering would be an issue.
  
  We are happy for the scene to be completed and rendered as a video with the text to be overlayed using a different program such as after effects.

Hello! How would you like the idea of the output to be a 8-bit or 16-bit rendition of the drawing? That classic look might be actually funny to watch.
