We are looking for a design for our commercial leasing office program.
We are not looking to revamp current software but rather start one from scratch. Therefore We dont have screenshots to share, before we develop software so we are looking for clean and beautiful UI/UX...

requirements for layout of software / graphic design...

- Logo of software name (Lets put an "R" for logo for now).
A. LIST OF PROJECTS: Drop down for a list of Project(s)

Once one clicks on a Project list, a list of businesses will come up with 1. Name of the business, 2. Contact's first and last name, 3. Distance from Project, 4. Type of business [ex restaurant, auto parts store, hair salon, etc.] 5. Sub-type of Business [ex Pizza parlor, Hamburger joint, Taco place, etc.] 6. Number of locations they have, 7. Preferred square footage, 8. Whether they have been contacted [by email or a call from the leasing agent using this program,] 9. Date of last contact, if contacted, 10. If they opened an email and if so, how many and 11. Status such as: a. Inquiries, b. Very interested, c. Made an offer or d. Was not interested. e. Said DO NOT CONTACT AGAIN.

The number of businesses on the Project list show be shown.

B. SEARCH BAR: There should be a search bar... in order to narrow down the size of Project list to create several smaller lists called a Prospecting Lists.

The user one can enter into the search bar business names or types of businesses or select from a dropdown of all the types. [Types can be Auto supply, Barbershop, Bars, Beauty salon, Child care, Chiropractor, Clothing, Coffee to name a few].

A user can select a type like restaurants and then a sub type like pizza parlors. The user can enter types or word for businesses to be excluded.

As the searches are are being refined, it should show how many businesses are in the search and how many per page - (25,50,100 or all and how many pages).

C. FILTER. There should be a filter that allows for further refining with the following choices for refining:
Creating a range of the distance to search in.
Only
those with or without notes.
Only
those that opened an email or did not open an email.
Only
those that had Inquiries or did not have inquiries
Only
those that are leads or are not leads
Only
those that said no or did not say no.
Only
those that were not yet sent an email
Only
those that were not called.
Only
those that are not Chain businesses
Only
those with email addresses.
Only
those within the Preferred Square footage range

D. MAP. There should be a map on the page of where Project list is showing with the location of each business in the search (with a button to zoom in or out of map.

E. KEY DETAILS. When clicking on a business, there should be board with 3 sections: 1. Specific information about the business [a. Business Name, b. Business type, c. Business Sub-type, d. Contact name, e. Contact email address, f. Contact business phone number, g. Contact cell number, h. Contact Facebook Messenger, i. Date of first email, j. Date of first email opened, k. Date of first call in, i. Date of first call out, j. Inquiry requesting i. address, ii. flyer, iii. rent, iv. sale price, v. land size, vi unit size, vii co-tenancies, viii. a tour, ix. terms, x. other_____, l. Date Notified not interested, m. Date of verbal offer, n. Date of LOI, o. Date signed Lease, p. Date signed purchase agreement, q. Date of closing or move in.] 2. Notes and 3. A list of all communications by phone, email in and emails in and out.
SAVE LIST.
There should be a button
to save businesses to list
("Prospecting list"),
as well as a button to "save search".

  Thinking of raising the price to $150 but then will make contest longer than 7 days to get more people and will prob also want to seal contest so all designs are unique.
