I am looking for an individual who can create a visually appealing and detailed product sheet for me. While I will provide a competitor's product sheet as guidance, it is vital that the design appears original and not copied.

Very IMPORTANT : In file you will be able to see the technical file of a competitor just to show you what I like. It has to be similar but totally different as we can't see we took inspiration on that. You will have in file the pictures of our Products.

1 - EcoPlus will be the electric heather
2 - EcoPass will be the gateway
3 - EcoDo - For the hydraulique I will give you picture after
4 - Powernity - Is the product file of my competitor to give you an idea
5 - DHENERGIE ECOPASS - Is the begining of the work we did for the EcoPass part

Key objectives for this project include:
1. Originality in Design: The product sheet's design should stand out, be engaging, and reflect the product's unique features well.
2. Precision of Information: The product sheet should contain accurate and in-depth information about my product without being overly verbose or confusing.
3. Highlighting product benefits: The product sheet should highlight the product's benefits in a way that is both informative and persuasive.

Specifics that need to be incorporated into the product sheet:
- Detailed description of the product
- Technical specifications
- Product photographs
- Customer reviews

The tone of the product sheet should be formal and professional. The ideal freelancer for this project should be skilled in graphic design, product description, and technical writing. Experience in creating product sheets would be a bonus.
