Background images with blueprint lines

We need two background images similar to the attachment named "example-blueprint-background.jpg" but with a background color of #e8d9c6. The two images should look similar but not identical.

First image) 1400 pixels by 200 pixels 72 dpi
Second image) 1400 pixels by 600 pixels 72 dpi

You can use any blueprint image you want, overlay the image on the #e8d9c6 using gray, brown, or black for the blueprint lines. We prefer a blueprint of a house but as long as it's a blueprint of some type of building that's fine.

Suggestions
- Don't use the edges of the images as a frame for the blueprint.
- Blueprint is an artistic element, not a focal point
- Lighten up the blueprint lines since it's a background image.
- Blueprints laid flat don't look as good as blueprints rotated on the z-axis. We want depth in the image, not a flat look.
- Similar to the example, don't fill the background with blueprint lines, leave an area for our headline / text

Deliverable will be files in all the following formats - .ai, .webp and .gif formats
