FUTURISTIC UTOPIA
Hi, here my proposed conceptual 3D model of a futuristic city (UTOPIA). All works are original (attached images of the raw 3d model file). The 'Utopia' is sited on approximately 100 hectares seafront land. All items mentioned are included as per described. Here the details of the Utopia 3D design: 1. The city is zoned into 5 main components to differentiate the zone purposes. - Business District - Socio-culture District - Residential District - Institution District - Public Amenities 2. All zones are connected with a few ring roads and railways 3. Guarded with 3 sides of approx 20 meters high wall, one main entrance and 3 secondary entrance with some watch towers. Attached the aerial views of the overall Utopia, views of individual business, views of 5 types of houses and one diagrammatic site plan to indicate the city components. Hi, thank you for interested with my entry, I resubmit the revised version of the city (entry #67 ) which mostly changed are the landscapes of the outer wall. Hopefully the changes that I did meet your expectation of the economic collapse and disaster town. Meanwhile I added some details to the Utopia and also details on the views of individual building and businesses. As you ask for the 3D animation video, yes sure I can do it, but it'll take some times to render and compose, can be up to 5-7 days. This is great! Thank you for designing according to the description. Outside of the city walls should look like economic collapse and disaster, inside the walls is a utopia. Please continue to add details, this is very good!
