  Hey Zakariae, I like the proposition. One good idea you had is to put the third column (Transfer knowledge in the landscape but not in the path, which is good because it is just the coordination meeting and the participant will not be part of it, this is more like an small annex path to drawn. Concerning the theme, could you try with the mountain as it is a Learning Journey, a walf in the forest might be slightly less adapted. If you could use the colour code of the client (see Client Draft) that would be great.
