  Hello If you award the project there you have option to keep the payment until you get your job. I understand you working Options with your Clients, no problem I also work in the same way with my offsite customers. Ask for changes I will be supply you with whatever ammendments required, logo addition, Font sizes etc..   both landscape and potrait looks good. But still prefer food photo to be the main showcase, too much background and wording too big
