We are in the process of developing a detailed presentation for a client. It is in A4 size. We have all of the content complete. We have the photos and logos needed complete. We will need some stock photos. We want to have a designer lay out the overall presentation to look very slick and professional. We also want the final product to be able to be edited at later dates (for a very small fee). I am attaching a similar proposal that we completed- this gives the bidder an idea of the end product we are looking for. I am also attaching a logo and stationary of the company presenting the proposal for the bidder to understand our color scheme and such. The company website is www.assurance-engineer.com.

  Please look at the first attachment, this is similar to what the final product will need to look like. A4 size, I would think around 12-14 pages- I have all of the written content complete, most of the photos and logos, I need it professionally laid out.
