Hierarchical clustering and heatmap
I hierarchically clustered pearson correlation coefficients using Ward.D2 method. Generated a diagonal heatmap and associated dendrograms using ggplot. The final script has the option to add significance codes.

Nice work (and me out). You just have to use more colors (bins) in the histogram (16 in the original chart).
