Redesigning my website

Please check and review. I have designed this website keeping your requirements in view and after thoroughly studying the given reference websites. I designed it as a two column websites given your preference for showing latest blog post. But I will post one more entry all in one column in a couple of hours from now. So you may the option of choosing any of my designs. In addition, I am willing to make any modification you require and if you award me the contest, I will give you layered psd files.
