These include YB Hungree (Cape Town's first food delivery service), Solid Records (record shop), Krushed & Sorted (DJ/music production), African Dope Records & Publishing (award winning independent record label and publishing house), Dig-It-All (digitization services for the music industry), Sonic Spaza (online synchronisation licensing service), Gigham (events listings start-up), Boffn (scraped online city guide) and The Stake Ranch (private crypto mutual fund) This journey has led me from boardrooms through banging tunes to life on a laptop, and provided me with a smorgasbord of skills, some learned willingly others not so much, including but not limited to: - critical thinking / problem solving, - excel, pc and internet research wizardry, - business writing (pitch decks, business plans, proposals, contracts, marketing materials, website content, copywriting etc), - capturing / collating and organizing data from multiple sources, - strong verbal communication skills, including public speaking, - using and trading crypto / blockchain analysis, - basic web design and coding (html, css, wordpress, php, mysql), - synchronisation licensing and copyright law, - music production and djing, I also have a broad general knowledge with thousands of hours of personal research in the fields of geopolitics, history, economics, philosophy, technology, culture, the music industry, metaphysics, convid and world football.
