setting up a development/staging server with Mercurial

We have a website that can be seen at - [url removed, login to view]

Its a comparatively very large website and works on a sub-domain and a main domain. also, the website is in Drupal + Core PHP scripts + mutiple databases (tens of tables under each database).

We want an EXPERIENCED freelancer/company that can help us setting a development and staging server and give suggestions for best practices. For compatibility reasons, I would prefer to have staging server on the live server itself (may be on a different domain).

The website is hosted in a dedicated server (linux) and we can create different cPanel account for it.

Development server, Staging server and Production server need to be connected with a mercurial depository for versioning and code merging possibilities.. We have taken a hosted Mercurial repository with [url removed, login to view] but your experience to it is not mandatory.
