I want to a arduino or 8051 C language program that will do the following:
1) when the sun rise the sensor will detect the light so all LEDs will turn on and if there is no sun all LEDs turn off
2) When a normal car pass through the IR sensors (recieve -transmits) the first 2 lights turn on as the car continues moving forward the next light will turn on and the previous will turn off
3) If a an ambulance or police car passes, RIFD sensors will detect it by a tag which will turn all Street lights faster
