Objective: Basically I need to configure specific AWS S3 bucket for it send out email each time new image with .png is added to that bucket. Following Information should be in email.

File Name And Link to the image if clicked by user then it will open the image.

I need AWS S3 Expert only. Please bid only if you have experience.
