Building animated song

I am trying to discover the efforts that it could take for someone to create a 3D animated video where my son WASEEM has animated character in the 3D animated video clip. "The wheels on the bus goes round and round" can be the first animated 3D video.

I do have a licensed music so I will match the music song with the 3D Video that you are going to make.

Please note that I am not telling you to copy the song, this is just an example to show you where I am heading. Definitely I will give you my own ideas on how the 3D animated video clip should be but I want to know how much it will cost and what is your experience in doing so. If you can provide me with examples of your previous work then that is going to be a deciding factor.

The duration of this animated 3D vide should be two minutes and 52 seconds
