need help with error message on .NET application

I have a .NET application that I need someone to troubleshoot the error message that many users receive when logging into website. Sometimes this message is received during a session when a user is already in the system. When they goto another screen they get the message. The programmer that built the application can't figure out the error. The error message is enclosed below as a screenshot. Thanks

It's about blank url value. Although the login process success, it fails to retrieve url value. So, before redirecting, make sure the url has an value.
