Convert a simple Excel spreadsheet to Classic ASP calculator- no DB- few calculations

I want a coder to convert a very simple Excel spreadsheet into a classic ASP calculator that can be used On Line.

No design. Just copy as per spreadsheet.

No complex maths. No database. Relatively few calculations.

Must use traditional table based non CSS HTML.

Comment ASP code in accord with good practise.
