We need an interface software for a FreePBX phone system and a hotel PMS system like Cloudbeds, HotelKey PMS, RMS Hotel, Opera, Fidelio, and other hotel PMS systems. The key features we are looking for is being able to post call accounting logs, room check in/check status, room clean/dirty status etc from FreePBX into PMS. Looking for functionality like legacy interface PBillX. I'd like a modern web interface and user friendly feel for users and admins. Would like someone who has experience with this type of project and knowledgeable of options that can be provided. Please submit your ideas with offers. Looking to start this project soon.

Features needed in this software:

Hotel Branding

Check in/ out notification

Room move

Minibar charging by article number

Class-of-service setup

Extension update with guest name

Message handling

Room status clean/dirty

Call accounting - Posting of phone charges on PMS side

Voicemail cleanup

Room status

Do not disturb

Database resync

and a few other functions.
