Setup e911 dynamic routing with FreePBX

I need help implementing e911 dynamic routing on my FreePBX instances to meet Kari’s Law & Ray Baum's act requirements, specifically for hospitality businesses that have multiple extensions but only one phone number.
Ideally, I would like this setup with Telnyx or similar self-service carriers but am open to suggestions.
