ArchiCAD required (International Educational License, I believe if ti is developed in the commercial version I can convert it.)
I can supply the .pln
I have already constructed the site mesh and most of the main two story building (30,000X20,000).
I have been working on it in Archicad 16 Australian (educational) and have a artlantis (Edu) copy as well.
I currently have one and a half floors of a building drawn up, most internals and a mesh of the site terrain.
I require about 3 structures all of 1-2 stories. I can provide you with desired programs, materials and rough envelope sizes.
I will let you know program, materials and rough sizes/envelope.
I require:
1:500 Site plan
1:100 Ground floor building plan(s) showing site context
1:100 or 1:200 Building floor plans
1:50 Typical unit plans (incl furniture)
1:100 Elevations (3-4)
1:50 Sections (min 2)
1:20 Constructional wall section(s)
1:5, 1:10 Architectural details (section and plan)
Construction/Structural system diagrams
ESD and/or building technology diagrams
3D External perspectives (hand, digital or hybrid) (min 1)
3D Internal perspectives (hand, digital or hybrid) (min 1)
Some of this I will be able to produce myself.
I don't know if archicad EDU can be used for "teamwork" if so this may be an option to increase productivity.
