Install Wordpress on 10 domains

I need wordpress installed on 10 different sites that I have. They will be divided between 2 different hosts.
I need each to have one theme uploaded to each site with the following features added to it:
a double opt-in newsletter plugin compatible with aweber
a contact form with my email address in it
web tracking code that I provide, installed
make a page as home page, instead of posts
have permalinks set up so that the urls are in the format [[url removed, login to view]][1] or postname
In order for this to work, apache or mod rewrite will have to be set up or turned on.
I need pages I add or posts I add to automatically have headings listed in the sidebar, pages on one side and posts on the other.
Once again, this is for one modified theme to be uploaded to each site/domain.
I will choose a theme to use for this.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
