Modify a C# .Net calendar

I need the above calendar to be modified.

What I need is:

[login to view URL] of XML the data should be fetched from MsAccess Database

(2 tables- I will provide)

2. Change the calendar to display on the bottom in the left

3. Show users instead of day at the top [login to view URL]

4. Should show [login to view URL] - current date and the task assigned to that user
