**Job Title: Freelance Outreach Specialist - Engineering Education**

**Company Overview:**

We are building a new education platform, committed to empowering engineering students with essential skills. Our platform will offer a comprehensive Data Structure course designed to enhance the technical proficiency of students. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Outreach Specialist to engage with engineering students and collaborate with college Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) to promote and facilitate our Data Structure course.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Student Outreach:**

- Reach out to engineering students through various channels (social media, forums, email, etc.).

- Provide information and guidance about the benefits of our Data Structure course.

- Address inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for potential learners.

2. **Seminar Coordination:**

- Establish and maintain relationships with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) of engineering colleges.

- Coordinate with TPOs to secure seminar slots for promoting our Data Structure course within college campuses.

- Plan and organize engaging seminars to showcase the value of our course to students.

3. **Collaboration with College Authorities:**

- Communicate effectively with college authorities to understand their requirements and expectations.

- Work closely with college administration to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.

4. **Marketing Material Distribution:**

- Distribute promotional materials to engineering students during campus visits and seminars.

- Ensure that marketing collateral accurately reflects the benefits and features of our Data Structure course.

5. **Feedback Collection:**

- Gather feedback from students and college authorities to understand the effectiveness of promotional efforts.

- Report feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in student outreach and engagement, preferably in the field of education.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with engineering education and the challenges faced by students.

- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with college authorities.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- Flexibility to travel to various college campuses as needed.

**Compensation:**

- The position is freelance, and compensation will be based on successful student enrollments and seminar outcomes.
