Education Sales Lead Cold Caller

Join our dynamic team as a Calling Agent for our virtual academic coaching classes in India. In this role, you’ll engage with prospective students and their guardians, introduce them to our educational offerings, and encourage them to sign up for our complimentary 5-day demo classes, ultimately guiding them towards enrollment/admission. We’re seeking someone with outstanding communication abilities, a congenial and convincing presence, and adeptness at managing objections. Key Points of role:

-Proficiency in English & Hindi is essential (Preference for Indian natives)

-Duties include initiating contact, registering students for our 5-day free demo classes, and ensuring consistent attendance in the 5-day demo classes

-Following the demo classes, the agent must effectively encourage clients to enroll/take admission

-Maintain communication through WhatsApp and email, as provided by the company, in addition to calls. The company will supply the necessary calling data and documents upon contract agreement

- Milestones & compensation

1. For every 20 students that attend all demos - ₹4000 ($48)

2. For every 20 student takes admission - ₹4000 ($48)

3. Incentive on reaching the 60 & 120 students admissions milestone.

4. Goal: Secure 160 admissions by June 20 (if completed earlier additional incentives)

-Record and upload all call interactions to the company server for quality assurance

-This job recurs 2-3 times a year; exceptional performers may be rehired for subsequent campaigns.
