We require a team of three full time staff with all round skills, a very high standard of html for making simple websites but primarily dedicated to researching, writing, editing and developing high quality original content about various card games. A high standard of English is essential.
Work will also involve playing and testing games, doing bug dumps, helping players, making youtube videos, doing link exchanges, marketing, design work, consulting, testing, promotion, admin, providing feedback etc but over 80% of the work is writing and editing content. Training will be provided and team should be prepared to learn new things.
Regarding images there will be some logo work, icons, watermarks etc. There will be some flash work but nothing major. The most complex coding work will involve minor javascript, making a php mail form, setting up a blog, a simple script or that kind of thing.
Its quite a broad scope, will develop a range of skills and the team should be able to attempt all challenges. If there is anything else needed it should be passed to another member of your team to make up the missing skillset but we do not expect to draw upon other resources on a regular basis as we already have an existing team in operation.
The team of three will work from 10am until 8pm (Indian Local Time) Monday to Friday and take 1 hr lunch break at 1pm. They would require a "high speed" internet connection and need to be constantly online from terminals in the same room. We will communicate with them via GoogleChat from the start of their shift until the end of their shift so we are able to liaise directly with them. At least basic knowledge of card games would be required and there would also need to be an NDA.
Pay would be issued on a fixed schedule agreed between us and we will make a decision within the next month or so. If we havent worked with your company before, we would probably start with a short 3 month trial. All quotes must be calculated as a per annum (yearly) charge based on a team, comprised of three full time staff. Professionals only and references will be required.
