Convert PDF document attached, to a editable Word 2003 SP2 Word Document.
**Can not use 2007 Office due to format issues
**Seems a few people have tried this and can not get the format of the
check box's correct. I needs to be either a form editable PDF or a form editable Word 2003 SP2 form, and must be EXACTLY the same. Print out both and compare them before sending the evaluation submittal.
## Deliverables
Several people have tried this using Office 2007 and it does not
format correctly when opened with any other version of word
It must be an Exact Copy, not able to detect differences and done
in 2003 SP2
