I am looking for a good writer with a healthy knowledge of the nutrition and fitness, to put together a weekly diet and workout program (the "NaturaLife Health and Fitness Program??)

Basically this program will be composed of 52 weekly programs that will integrate a healthy diet and a moderate amount of light workouts and cardio routines.

Basically this program will be composed of 52 weekly programs that will integrate a healthy diet and a moderate amount of light workouts and cardio routines.

Each weekly routine should have the following:

--Title: NaturaLife Health and Fitness Program for the week of July 5 to July 12, 2009?? (or whatever week it is)

--Recap of last week events. Goals and accomplishments met last week, and what the purpose for last week was in relative to leading into this week)

--New business for this week. A brief motivational blurb that may incorporate a celebrity or past historical figure reference. Goals and accomplishments to strive for this week.

--After the initial overview and motivational blurb, the next section should get down to business. It should be a weekly schedule, formatted in such a way that it easily printable. In this schedule should be a full plan of meals, workout routines, days off for workouts, days off for a cheat meal, etc. makes special buildups throughout the week to work towards the “weekly goal?? of X amount of push-ups or Y amount of hiking.

For the workout related stuff, the workouts for men and women should obviously be differentiated so that men will have a reasonably challenging goal and women will have the same.

The diet should be based on an average 2000 calorie diet, and composed of relatively plain fruits (grilled chicken breast one week, lean beef hamburger then next week, chicken cubes mixed with rice the next week, etc.)

--After that, end with a random interesting health related fact. Give a short mini article on the effects of running and blood flow, or why drinking water is important. Just something small that peaks interest and ends on a good note that is motivational for maintaining healthy life.

Routines should be influenced by major American holidays. This isn't a big deal, just make mentioned of the holiday and make a goal in order of that holiday, or change the menu slightly with a holiday sounding meal i.e. a special “Fourth of July Independence Run?? or a “Thanksgiving Turkey Special??

As far as constructing the workout routine, make it a simple one that is accomplished in less than 30 minutes a day, without needing a gym membership. Our target market is 30-year-olds who are overweight, so especially in the beginning we want exercise routines that are easy to follow as well as convenient. What is most important is consistency, there should be something for the person to do every day so that they maintain a healthy lifestyle (of course this does not apply on off days)

This is it, a fairly simple weekly health and wellness program. The writer must make 52 of these for a full year, and cater the diet and workout routines for people who are presumably overweight. The writer should also keep in mind that these weekly programs are being sent out via e-mail. Keep the writing light hearted and in the conversational format. It should be something people look forward to receiving each week because they know the content is good and helps them better themselves, while also being a fun and informative read.

If you are interested in this project, show me your competency on the subject by doing a single weekly program that follows the guidelines set above. I'm not too strict about anything as long as you follow the basic guidelines.
