Build website based on supplied template and text

We are looking for someone to do some CSS work and general image work to convert a supplied template (from templatemonster) into a website.
We have the text that needs to go on each page, the website is six pages. No flash or anything like that is required.
We can supply the new images and a reference image to how we want the site to look (with the new colours and logo)
We have a flash video that we want to be placed in the banner section, and we can supply this as an exported swf and f4v file or we can supply the whole looping video if you want to convert it yourself.
A sample of the site template we purchased can be seen in the reference jpeg file.
I have also included two PDFs which have the revised style applied to them, so you can see how the pages will look.
Please note: we will supply a template monster source for you to edit, so you wont need to build the site from scratch, just edit the files to match the reference.
We will brief the project winner in greater detail in regards to exactly what we want done on each page when they are selected.
