Responsive Landing Page(HTML/CSS/JS page)

I will provide you XD design and web font.
You should convert attached XD files and deliver as static HTML/CSS/JS in three versions (as a single responsive page):
1. Small (phone): 360×640 px
2. Medium (tablet/laptop): 1024x768 px
3. Large (desktop PC): 1920×1080 px
Requirements:
- HTML and CSS you create needs to validate at [login to view URL] and
[login to view URL]
- Small top navigation (with dark blue background) needs to disappear when one starts scrolling the page down.
- Main top navigation needs to slide down when mouse hoovers over similar to [login to view URL]
- Large top navigation (with white background) needs to stay at the top when one start scrolling the page down.
- Minimal amount of JavaScript code should be used. No JS frameworks (jQuery etc.) can be used. The only JS framework that can be used is [login to view URL]
Plus experiences.

- Ability to run VirtualBox VM image on your local dev PC
