Expert in R with significant experience working with big data sets (>10GB)

Problem: The R script we've been using, in combination with Microsoft's version of Open R, no longer works for larger applications for our growing database (e.g., files >10GB, datatables with greater than 2^31 rows, matrices > 50k x 50k).
Need: An expert in R coding with significant experience working with big data sets to: (1) clean up our code and make it more efficient/reduce run time and (2) optimize the power of our machines (all with 8 core CPUs and 32GB RAM) to perform big data reshaping and calculations (joins, long to wide transformations, matrix operations, etc.).
Code we need fixed is uploaded for reference.
Note: We are looking for a data scientist to work with us beyond this project. We view this as a first step towards a longer-term collaboration.
