Hiring Virtual Assistant to Call a List of Businesses for List Building

Need to hire an experience virtual assistant to call a huge list of businesses and promote my Online Marketing Newsletter.
Also need to maintain an excel file to create a list of leads.
Here are the steps required in the job.
1. Call businesses asking if they would like to sign up for a free newsletter on my website (will provide url to chosen candidates)
2. If they are interested in signing up, simply confirm their first name and their email address.
3. When getting their email address and name, put it beside the business's phone number in an excel sheet. (I have to just call them with a sales follow up call).
What you must have:
- International calling to at least one of these countries: USA, Canada, UK or Australia
- Able to speak English
- Understands how to maintain an excel file.
Pay:
US$0.05 per email (after I call and confirm their interest) as a beginning rate. With good performance may eventually pay up to US$0.50.
There is the potential to make $2.00+ per hour if you perform well.
Payments are made every Tuesday
