Update product details from PDF - WooCommerce - WordPress

I have up to 1000 products (roughly 700 unique and 300 variation) that need to be updated with content from PDF's. The products are already created
Steps:
1. Add SKU/Parent SKU to the start of the PDF name and Convert PDF's to Word
2. Copy and Paste text into long description and format any headings, line breaks, spelling issues through conversion etc.
3. Add images as featured image, gallery or content
3. Input model variations as Related Products and associated products as cross sell
4. Update technical specifications (this can be done in bulk through entering into excel and import)
5. Upload the PDF to the product to be available as a brochure
6. (not yet decided) Update the product titles - {Brand} {Description} {Differentiation Voltage | Colour Temp | Finish | Material}
I will provide a number of product editing accounts.
As this is the first time doing this we may start off with 100 products and review the situation from there.
