Mass Email marketing server setup and management

Hello,

I had hired someone to setup and manage a vps for email marketing, i subscribed to [url removed, login to view] for Linux VPS openVZ 2 and have 11 ipv6. It has 3 domain and interspire is configured with pmta.

I have lot of problems like open rate is very low since gmail is blocked, hourly limit for sending email is very low.

I need to consider expert advice on how can i optimize my email marketing and make it more effective as i have plans 30k to 50k mails per hour.
