Comprehensive Staff Management Spreadsheet Creation

I am seeking a freelancer who can create a detailed spreadsheet for staff management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create excel formulas that can take "dumped" data from one sheet and in another sheet accumulate staff hours worked in one column and days since last shift in another column. Additional columns will need to accumulate information from three separate sheets relating to professional development hours, supervision hours and coaching hours.
Ideal Skills:
- Excel expertise for the creation of the spreadsheet
This project will require someone with a strong background in data management and spreadsheet creation. Efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness are key for this task.
