Add 50K+ Fans to Facebook Fan page

I am looking to add 50K+ Facebook fans for Facebook. They all will be added to 1 facebook fan page.
The added Fans must meet these requirements:
* All fans must be real people with active Facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon.
* All fans must be from USA, Canada
* All fans must have 30+ friends.
* All fans must be aged 18+.
* All fans must be active (status update at least 14 days ago).
* All fans should be acquired gradually over a period of 30-60 days.
* All fans accounts must be real and human. No bots, fake or spam accounts. We know which account are fake or real. If you have previous experience in doing this please provide details of the facebook account.
When bidding please let me know:
1. Price
2. Date of delivery
3. URLs or previous fan pages you have involved before (URLS of your GAF project is also good)
IMPORTANT:
* Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for.
* Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted.
Looking for a long term relationship, as I intend to add fans other projects as well.
