Hello. I need a simple flash banner programmed. Attached is the current banner and a PSD with good quality images. I have the fla file for this. The ONLY issue is that the images are not clear enough. I have the original clear images for each slide. One reason why is that we must have the banner file size no more than 40k.

Can you program the banner so that it is 40k or less, AND the images are clear?
