I would like to create a banner ad same size as the one attached (ad-unit). The purpose of the ad is to promote our home auctions. It must have a visual attractiveness as well as ability to stand out on the page. Below are the requirements I would like to see in the ad:
Specs:
File size: Up to 40K initial download size, 100K total polite download.
Dimensions: 300w x 250h
Animation: 15-second maximum
Loops: 3 maximum
Flash Requirements: Flash v. 6 or higher
This auction is just for one banner ad unit. There will be many more for all of our auctions. Be ready to modify this ad until we think it is perfect.
Budget is around $100.
Please look at the pdf. I would like to have the ad as the attached including the revisions outlined on the ad. Ad has to be created from scratch.
