Presentation with video and slides

I need to make a presentation in flash or powerpoint with introductory video by someone preferable in suit standing in an office. Let me explain
A guy/gal in the office shows up ... introduce the company and then slides/animation start explaining our services and then the guy/gal shows up again to close. Same voice over through out. The animation should be well designed. It will be a 5 minute video give and take :)
If the person introducing somehow shows up throughout the video pointing at the slides it will be awesome. I need people who can enjoy this project and have fun while doing it (if you know what i mean).
My budget for the video is $500. If you do it right I have a lot of work ahead.
(I don't want an indian as an introductory person in the video due to the nature of the project). A picture of the person who will be doing the introduction would help.
I will ignore the bids that do not address my points so if you have read the whole message just write the words "I'll love doing it" in the start of your bid :) so that i don't waste time on those who are mindlessly bidding on everything.
