Need professional graphics designer for a Fashion site

We are an online store that sells Streetwears for Mens and Womens. Bidder must be familiar with this culture as we need graphics that can related to what we sell. Some sample of clothes we sell can be found here: [url removed, login to view]
We need a grpahic designer to create all graphics for this online store. This includes home page images, banners, promotional ads, product images, and more. You must be creative and be able to create the images from the ideas we give you.
We are looking for a long term designer, as we need to update the site and change graphics many times a week.
This project will be your test and a chance for you to show us your skills. If we believe you can do what we want, there will be lots more projects to follow.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
Create two images for the home page. This consist of one main home page image (964 x 475px)and one banner below it. (964 x 137px). All images must allow visitor to immediately recognize what this site is about. (Online Streetwear Fashion Store based in North America). Graphics must be professional and must be up selling. You must be able to suggest wordings that would attract visitors to continue exploring the website.
Please include at least 5 sample of your work that is related to this project. (graphics / banners related to fashion and online store).
