First off, I have had 2 horrible experiences when dealing with outsourced companies. I have been ripped off both times. I will not pay a deposit nor will I pay for the entire job upfront - Please do not ask. I will only release payment once the job is completed, functional, and to my satisfaction.
Now, I have a flash template that was purchased for our team website. I would like to have some portions and graphics customized. It will have to be made so we can easily maintain it. I would also like to have the graphics that were included to be made the color of our choice.
