flash / avi introduction from picture supplied

I require a flash or avi introduction for my new ART business [ [url removed, login to view] ] supplied is a picture of a magic lamp with smoke rising from its spout . I am looking for someone to create the illusion of the smoke rising from the lamp and then dissipating to reveal the name [ [url removed, login to view] ] this should be 15 secs in duration .
