Flash to Pad

I have a swf file that I would like to register on various shareware sites that require PAD files. I am therefore looking for someone who can:

- create a copy protected exe from the swf file.

- create a PAD file that I can submit to shareware sites.

The priority is to protect the software from piracy and unauthorised distribution to 3rd parties. I can provide more information on my host server's capabilities if required.
